Cross-Division (XDiv) Workflows

Client-facing skills shared across every Seer team. Use these alongside any division workflow to ground work in client context, review deliverables, and monitor brand signals.

/xdiv-client-context-loader

Detects whether a named company is a Seer client and surfaces their business context from Guru, Melior, and Drive. Fires on questions like 'what are Client X's priorities,' 'what are Client X's goals this quarter,' 'what's changed for Client X since [reference point],' 'what should I know about Client X,' or 'catch me up on Client X' — even if the name is misspelled, sounds like a public company, or seems answerable via web search or a direct data pull. Also auto-loads silently before any SEO work request that names a client — no explicit invocation needed. Not for account risk, churn, or relationship-health questions (see cs-client-analysis). Hard context applies automatically; considered context surfaces inline in downstream skills.

/xdiv-client-intelligence-research

Use when researching a client's industry, building client knowledge profiles, preparing for executive pushback, creating project briefs, delivering industry updates, or running strategic industry analysis for presentations.

/xdiv-keyword-cleaner

Run the Keyword Cleaning Tool pipeline on a search term export CSV. Groups misspelled/variant search terms together, removes junk, scores by brand/metric value, and outputs a deduplicated Excel file with a Grouping Map tab. Use when cleaning a keyword list, grouping search term variants, deduplicating paid or organic keyword exports, or running the full JW+DM+LLM grouping pipeline. Triggers on: 'clean keywords', 'clean keyword list', 'group search terms', 'keyword cleaning tool', 'run keyword cleaner', 'deduplicate keywords', 'group variants'.

/xdiv-reddit-brand-monitor

Monitors Reddit for brand mentions, topic discussions, or both — no Reddit API needed. Uses Exa search (site:reddit.com) to surface threads with full content, then fetches thread details directly. Produces a polished, self-contained HTML intelligence report with sentiment analysis, priority issues, source thread attribution, suggested talking points, and prioritized action recommendations. ALWAYS use this skill when someone asks to: monitor Reddit for a brand, company, product, person, or topic; get a Reddit brand report; check what Reddit says about something; track Reddit sentiment or community reactions; find Reddit conversations about a client; run a 'Reddit brand monitor'. Also trigger for phrases like: 'Reddit mentions', 'Reddit monitoring', 'Reddit intelligence', 'Reddit brand report', 'what does Reddit say about', 'check Reddit for', 'Reddit sentiment', 'subreddit monitoring', 'what are people saying on Reddit'.

/xdiv-universal-reviewer

Deliverable-agnostic SEO TL reviewer. Runs three passes — client alignment (Guru card + Seer Transcripts), universal quality, and optional GEO/AIO readiness — then produces a structured findings report ordered section by section. Applies to any client-facing SEO deliverable. Use when a TL needs a pre-client quality check, when someone says 'TL review', 'review this deliverable', 'review this audit', 'pre-client review', 'run the review agent', or types '/tl-review'.
