Available Commands

/slide-deck

Purpose: Generate presentation outlines for QBRs, pitches, campaign reviews, and audits.

  • Before finalizing any deliverable
  • Self-review before peer review
  • Training on Seer standards

/chain-of-thought

Purpose: Step-by-step reasoning for complex problems.

When to use:

  • Multi-variable decisions
  • Debugging complex issues
  • When you need to "show your work"

/dev-docs

Purpose: Create structured context documentation for project handoffs.

What you get:

  • plan.md - Current project plan and goals
  • context.md - Technical context and decisions made
  • tasks.md - Task breakdown and status

When to use:

  • Starting a new project
  • Handing off to another team member
  • Preserving context across sessions

/dev-docs-update

Purpose: Update existing context docs for session handoff.

  • End of work session

Purpose: Diagnostic check for plugin health.

Installation

Core utilities come with core-dependencies:
